Orange

Like other citrus fruits, Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a powerful natural antioxidant.

Bilberry

Bilberries have major antioxidants present in them, A Bilberry is highly effective in various digestion-related issues and can help lower blood sugar levels.

Cowberry

The berries contain plentiful organic acids, vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins. In addition to these nutrients, they also contain phytochemicals that are thought to counteract urinary-tract infections, and the seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Blueberry

Blueberries contain micro nutrients mostly in moderate levels, of the essential dietary mineral manganese, vitamin C, vitamin K and dietary fibre.

Mulberry

Cranberries are a good source of many vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin A, ß-carotene, lutein, and minerals like potassium, and manganese. Cranberries hold significantly high amounts of phenolic flavonoid phytochemicals.

Tomato

Lycopene, a flavonoid antioxidant, is a unique phytochemical present in tomatoes. Additionally, they are also good source of antioxidant vitamin-C. Tomato is rich in potassium which is an important component of cell and body fluids.

Carrots

Yucca

Yucca can help reduce inflammation and help with the treatment of arthritis symptoms. Yucca might also ease the symptoms of diabetes due to its ability to ‘regulate’ glucose levels in the blood.
